What do you think of High Fashion?

Well, for me it’s starting to get "not practical" since the world is already experiencing crisis.
But what I want to know is your opinion.
Is it still practical to spend your money on these super expensive stuff? (e.g. Louis Vuitton luggage, D&G eyewear)
Gosh no… I mean, money inproves quality to a point… but after that point you are just spending for a name. Seems pointless. Who are you trying to impress? Fasion obsession just keeps women preoccupied with useless crap – they should invest time and energy into something more meaningful… I’m not saying dress crappy or anything, just don’t obsess over clothes, etc. and waste money on crazy expensive brands.

i guess if i had the money i’d do it. but if you’re just a normal person it’s not practical because its likely not within your budget.
i wouldn’t save up my paychecks or skimp on rent to buy D&G glasses. i’ll just take the target knockoffs, even if some heiresses would look down on me for that.

i honestly don’t see why not. people complain that the economy is really bad but i see them with bags and bags of juicy couture, ed hardy and other expensive stuff

its dumb and honestly not that pretty and doesnt have your own personal style to it. i love to mix and match wirh crazy patterns and such

Fashion may seem a waste but it is necessary. It feeds the creative soul. And if you can afford it and want it, buy it.

haha i just wear jeans and a t-shirt but i live with a bunch of hicks so i’m pretty much in style lol but my mom gave me a louis vuitton handbag and D&G sunglasses so it doesn’t matter to me i just like stuff that fits me i don’t care if it’s in or out really

Practical? He** no! These are luxury items, and purchased for the same reasons people purchase caviar, Rolls Royce or jewelry at Tiffany’s. They are "feel good" purchases… about the only practical thing about them is to help attract a rich spouse.
