The corporation would give you tax benefits and personal asset protection but is more complicated and costly. 2. Economies of scale. If you are importing 10 units per month the companies you aproach are importing 1000 units per month greatly lowering their cost. Suggestions: 1. Try ebay you might be surprised at the results. 2.
